Privacy policy

Last updated October 7, 2026

This policy covers box.finds.nyc, run by SaturdayNYC Company. It says what we collect, why, and who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

  • Phone number, to sign you in with a text message code. It is the same account as the finds app.
  • Name, email, and shipping address, which you enter at checkout, to ship your box and email you about your order.
  • Payment details, which go directly to Stripe. We never see your card number.
  • Orders: what you bought and when.
  • How you use the site: pages viewed, buttons tapped, the page you came from and campaign tags in the link, and recordings of site sessions, which can include what you type on our pages (like your phone number). Payment details are entered on Stripe's page and are never recorded. We use this to see what works and fix what does not.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your cart, and for the analytics above. The site does not work without the sign-in and cart cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site for us, and only what each one needs:

  • Stripe, for payments.
  • Twilio, to send sign-in codes.
  • Resend, to send order emails.
  • PostHog, for analytics and session recordings.
  • Sentry, for error reports.
  • Shipping carriers, which get your name and address.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our customers or business.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep your account until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete your information, email [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your personal details; we keep the order records the law requires. The site is not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
