Terms of service

finds box is sold by SaturdayNYC Company ("we", "us"). By using box.finds.nyc or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. This is the same account you would use in the finds app. Keep access to your phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• An order is accepted when payment succeeds. If we cannot fill an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.
• If an item in a curated box runs out, we may replace it with a similar item. A replacement never adds an allergen the rest of the box does not already list.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We pack every box by hand in New York and email you tracking when it ships. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier.

Refunds

We refund damaged items only. See the refund policy.

Food, allergens, and health

• Every item is a sealed retail package from its maker. We never open, split, or portion food.
• We copy ingredients, nutrition, and allergens from each package label. Makers change recipes, and we can make mistakes. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of an allergen. Always read the package before you eat.
• Nothing on this site is medical or nutrition advice. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or have a food allergy, ask your doctor before you change your diet.
• Brand names and logos belong to their owners. We buy every item at retail; brands do not endorse finds box unless we say so.

Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
